     I am stuck with a house I will never be able to sell.  The place I live is the 4th worst in the country for job losses, and the 13th mostr dangerous city to live in in the country.  Since the housing market crash, I have no hope of even breaking even on this place if I can find some fool to take it. My water heater is gone, washer is cranky, owe more than it's worth, plus I have other debts one being a school loan that I could not finish due to the stress of trying to pay for a maintenance nightmare on less than 30,000 per year.  Plus my daughter just overdrew her bank account and to keep her from going to jail, I will have to pay that as well.  So, in 2009 I will be able to file bankruptcy again and that is exactly what I am going to do-if the house doesn't sell, I will let it get repossessed. I don't ever want to but a house ever in mylife again, so really I don't give two shits about my credit.  I am going to get a 2 room apartment and just live the rest of my days the best I can.
