we are being bullied

We were bullied by the school administration at the beginning of the year and antimidated. They tried to ostrisize us out of the schools. It was HORRIBLE!! I would take my son out in a second but he loves his school and his teacher and his friends. They are now trying to make excuses for the bully and thinking up ways to counsel my son to be able to handle the bullying. This bullying by the administration has gone on for too long. My son is now getting headaches from all the stress from this bully kid at school. Do I have a law suit? Who can I get to help us with the situation. I feel my heart breaking for my son and our family. How can the administration not take things seriously. I need to fight for my son and his rights. I am not one to just give up when I feel something is wrong but I don't know what else to do. Does anyone have any answers for me.
