I think the real reason she wouldn't talk to Jen and Marie yesterday was because she was afraid by actually coming face to face with them, they might be moved to have something done to her (legally) She kept saying that she had read what Marie had to say about her. I think she felt safe talking to Chrissie.

I agree she should be prosecuted. I doubt the 3 women on the show will do so, however - basically they were 'bought off' by Dr. Phil when he promised them babies. I  also think Dr. Phil seemed to be saying he'd help Conners avoid prosecution. I found this show very disturbing. Why on earth does Dr. Phil seem to be helping con artists like this woman - just to have a show?
