The board is hard to navigate around. That means find the messages you have not read. But it is a lot better than when we started.
Also pics are hard to work with but it is 99% better than when we started.
Our gifs and jpg files are stored on the Dr. Phil server now.
To insert a picture into a message you click on the insert image button that appears in the tool bar on the text entry screen. Its in the screen I am using now and looks like a sun over mountains. It is in the tool bar.
To insert an image for your avatar or icon you update your profile and edit the image.
Navigation can be done several ways.
Here is what I do (others do it differently)
1. edit the profile and set the order to oldest. This means the oldest message will be displayed at the top of the list and the newest at the bottom.
2. when you first enter the board be sure to click on subscribe to this board. You need do this only once.
3. Once you subscribe each time you access the boards it will have links to your last three posted messages. I just post a message before I get off and then next time I click on the link and go to my last message and read from there.
4. Then I use the navigation buttons at the bottom to go through the pages I need to.
When I post it often takes me to the bottom of the list. I then hit the back button (explorer tool bar) several times until I get to where I was before I posted and continue reading.
Also at the end there may be new messages posted while I was reading so I hit refresh on the explorer toolbar to see the newest messages.
Sometime I click on the number of new posts since my last visit and it takes me to the start of those posts. However this does not seem to work all the time and the number is not updated correctly. They may fix this soon I hope.
