I have little sympathy for these people who turn to the net in order to "buy" a baby, and then get burnt. There are literally hundreds of thousands of children across the United States who need homes. No, they're not perfect little babies who have never called another woman "mother"-they're older-or from troubled homes, or abused.....have they no value in the eyes of these women????? I'd think that if they wanted to be parents bad enough, they'd open their hearts and homes to the 13 year old, the 8 year old, etc. However, in the eyes of these wanna be mothers, these children are "flawed", second rate, unwanted even by the most desperate of prospective adoptive parents. There are foster kids watching this show in tears because they KNOW that they're out of the running when it comes to finding "forever" homes and parents. Shame on all of you who won't even CONSIDER adding an older child to your families!
if these parents want to adopt a baby, it's their choice. they don't want to miss any crutial times in this childs life. how can you say that these women see these children as 'flawed'? if you have such a problem with it, you can take in these 'flawed' children. i think anyone who adopts any child is a saint, it doesn't matter the age of the child. if you can offer them a loving home, that should be good enough.

i say shame on you for saying those things..

now adays the internet does alot of things. including setting up paperwork for adoption and other issues.

and perhaps it wasnt the fact they didnt want an older child. some just long to have the baby. and there is NOTHING wrong with that...... so again shame on you for saying that.
