I have not seen the paperwork pesonally to verify everything but I did hear along the line that everything Anna Nicole did - the boat purchase, the houses, the cars, the income from Trim Spa, her appearances, everything, was purchased by or went through ANS's company, Hot Smoochie Lips, Inc. out of California, for which she was President.  I see the corporation's status is currently suspended, but apparently HKS was an officer and the paperwork for the corporation transferred ownership to him immediately upon th death of ANS.  Interesting that at the trial in Florida, Stern apparently lied flat out to the judge about having any "financial interest."

You are obviously one of the few intelligent, rational, realistic people who see all this for what it really is. As I have said many times, men have murdered for far less money than what Anna could have possibly gotten from Marshall's Estate. He was also listed as the second beneficiary on 7 Life Insurance policies after her son Daniel. With Daniel out of the way, he gets ALL the money directly. On another note, as a Paralegal, I am appalled at the behavior of Stern. What kind of Lawyer stops practicing law professionally to attach himself to a starlet/celebrity who merely humors him by allowing him to "tag along."  He has admitted during testimony in Florida that he spent her money and wrote checks from her bank accounts, stating, "She told me to." As a Lawyer, he should have only so by a legal Power of Attorney. This is basic 1st or 2nd year law school knowledge.  What the hell kind of Lawyer does something like that and defends it by saying, "She told me to."  He also testified that for the previous 9 years he has been living off of his parents.  I wonder if he promised them a bunch of money when Anna Nicole received any money from the Marshall Estate? I have handled numerous probates and done wills. I have NEVER, ever heard of anyone including a paragraph excluding future issue (meaning children) from their estate. It is SO obvious Stern wrote the will and had her sign it. Given her impaired mental capabilities and judgment I would render the will invalid and determine that it was signed under duress and coercion. This man is nothing more than a greedy, psycho parasite.  He has violated so many legal ethics and attorney/client boundaries that he should be disbarred permanently.  If you check him out with the California State Bar, his address is still listed as an apartment in Los Angeles. This guy is scum.
