Hay Rarybaby - I am in South Africa too !! What great news. I have a copy of the Ultimate Weight Solution book (even better news!) - which after searching for months, my Dad managed find for me. I am going to start reading it tonight! Where about in SA are you? How about we support each other!? Can't "Weight" for your reply! Maybe you will fit into that dress after all!!
