Did not mean to sound judgemental, just theorizing, because the show was one sided. I think there were points during the interview that Dr. Phil could have been more balanced.
He did not explore her lack fidelity at all. For that matter, he really did not ask him if he was ever unfaithful. Nor did he press them when Jeffery alluded they they mutually shared nude pictures of her with others. To me that's a little unusual. It looks like good TV is innocent vic cute female and weird obsessive guy. That is simple and digestable to the masses. If you make her a little guilty too, we loose sympathy for her and maybe things get a little more complicated for us viewers.
That aside, I have to look at motive. She did things that made him suspicious, he investigated and they were confirmed. A self respecting man would have left her after a some of those instances. He stayed and went CIA on her instead.
But she cheats, gets a rise from him, gets sympathy from everyone else. He is strange too more so.
