First of all, get the Ultimate Weight Solution book and read it, then read it again and again and again. And when you hit a plateau or stumbling block along the way, read it again. Also, there are many message boards where people can get support from others who have something in common with you--maybe those who need to lose the same amount, maybe people your age, maybe mothers of young children. Go exploring on this website and find a few groups to explore. Post a message and read what's been posted before until you find one you are comfortable with. That support is vital as you progress on the WLC. It's not necessary to be on the TV program to lose weight--thousands of people all over the world are losing and forming support groups. Your group will give you more great ideas, but those are the starting points I strongly recommend. Good luck on your journey.

Hi Vanessa!  I am new here too.  I have at least 100 lbs to lose.   

Today... is a good day so far.... good choices.   I am an emotional eater, binger....  I can't do it anymore, my body is giving out... 

We need to encourage each other daily....  I'll be back!

No one can inspire you to start.  If it is so difficult to lose weight why do you think you could do it as part of the challenge?  Do it for yourself, you are worth it.  I am sure that you daughter thinks so.  You did what it took when you were pregnant, if you care about yourself you should be able to do it for you.  Your daughter needs you to be health now, after she is born is still important.  Respect yourself and your needs.
