I think it is really sad that kids are fining new thing's everyday that are bad for there bodies, and that can possibly kill them. I thought about this too. Of course, "murder" is for when you kill someone with intent. These kids have no intent, they are just very, very foolish "thrill-seekers". However, a charge of manslaughter could be brought. I think perhaps Dr. Phil's focus was on the safety and lives of youngsters. But, I don't think it would have hurt to bring up the legal aspect.
