I WOULD LOVE TO QUIT SMOKING. HOWEVER I AM AFRAID ABOUT GAINING WEIGHT, THAT I REALLY DON'T NEED TO GAIN. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!!!
Gaining weight is an issue that really doesn't bear your worry when comparing it to quitting smoking. I know, been there done that. Yes i quit, yes I gained weight. It is the least of my worries though....I quit only AFTER I lost a kidney to renal cell carcinoma...the big 'c'...cancer. Kidney cancer is smoking related. So please just stop smoking, you can diet, you cannot grow another kidney, lung or anything else.
