My grandfather came to America when he was 21 from Scotland and my aunt is Mexican. I could careless where people come from as long as their legal like everyone else. It's not the law that puts the children thru this, it's the actions of the parents in my opinion I agree that any child born in the USA should have one parent be a citizen. How often do we hear its alright for Illegal to stay because they have an american born child, so that makes it alright for them to continue being illegal like not paying taxes, taking our social security numbers braking our laws in the name of "There child was born here".
These children some in High school in CXalifornia this year flew a Mexican flag at the top of a flag pole with the American flag below it upside down. (flying an American flag upside down is a DISTRESS sign, and our country sure is in distress when our elected Senators vote not to make ENGLISH our national language.
