People with sinus problems don't have that option. It comes on suddenly. Once, I went to the doctor with an unusual complaint: I have lost my sense of smell. I drove the automobile over a dead skunk in the middle of the road. The kids sang the traditional song that accompanies this occassion. "stinking to high heaven." I didn't smell a thing.
