I am a Filipina and damn proud to be one! But hey, I think people who want to change the way they look have the right to do so. Changing they way you look outside does not necessarily mean changing who you are inside as well. What's wrong with enchancing one's appearance especially when it can boost one's self-confidence?
And oh, with what the Filipina lady said about Filipinos having flat noses...not all! Mine's not! :-)
