why it took soooooooooooooo long for the people of Southwest Airlines to issue Kyla an apology? I saw her earlier in the month when she was the on Today show, and that is all she was asking for then as well and did they bother to do anything about it??? NO!!!  It upsets me that Dr. Phil was stressing the point over and over that Kyla should be the better person and just accept the apology that was given by Southwest Airlines ,and drop any thought of a lawsuit, but for an individual to be the better person from the beginning and simply ask for an apology from a company who she had been a loyal customer, for what alot of people in this country, including myself, thought was unfair treatment, over and over again and yet was basically ignored or pushed aside, that would be the point that would be made by a lawsuit. I'm tired of customer services for alot of business just basically wanting to get you through the door or (off the phone) and transfered to someone who has no desire of helping the situation as the first 5 people that you talked to reguarding an issue. I would have been interested in hearing why Southwest Airlines waited until now to issue an apology. Southwest needs to write her a check anyways because everybody knows even negative publicity is publicity!!!  This whole issue was brought to everyone's attention because Kyla asked for an APOLOGY not because we had read that she had already filed a lawsuit.
You act like SWA didn't respond--they did.  Kyla's mother said so. It just wasn't the response or free tickets they wanted.

Really? I distinctly remember Matt Lauer reading a statement on the air, one that included an apology.
