He has a medical condition that prevents him from having vaginal sex. She may have a menopause induced dry patch right now, but that had nothing to do with the purpose of the conversation. That man wanted his wife to have sex with him the only way he could have sex with her. He wanted her to orally please him to climax. She doesn't like doing it. So it's not sex to him, hens he came on the show to try and get some back up.
