As for anything else, there will need to be reliable wittnesses and proof that she's a danger to herself and her children. The Courts demand a higher standard of proof than just watching some clips and coming to a conclusion. unless I missed something in the show, which is entirely possible, I think he missed it on this point. Is in not against the law, in Arkansas, to transport babies in
car seats? Here, in Geargia, not securing a child in a car seat is
considered child endangerment. Especially if the child is riding in the driver's lap! And, driving on the wrong side of the road with her children in the car! Who, in their right mind, wouldn't consider that child endangerment. That, and the drug and alcohol abuse, suggest she's nothing but a danger to her children. If not herself
as well. Anyway, people often go involuntarily into rehab. Espcecially
when jail time is their only alternative. So, why not
psycho-therapy? She needs more than rehab. Epecially the
"celebrity" variety found in such dubious places as "Promises" in
Malibu.
