The title of OJ Simpson's book is "If I Did It." Dr. Phil is talking about the title of the book. The subtitle of the book is "Hypothetical Confession." That means that OJ wanted us to think that it isn't a real confession, and also wants us to think that he didn't really commit those murders, but is guessing as to how it might have been done. But, there are too many details that made everyone believe that it really is his attempt at confessing. Got it?
