So the courts can force a woman to go there. If it can be enforced on men, there should be no exception in these cases with women.
Im pretty sure that the supreme court decided Skinner v. Oklahoma in 1942 and stated that the courts were NOT able to force sterilization upon persons due to a legal offense. There have been cases in lower courts since that have allowed certain offenders the choice between sterilization and longer jail terms, but I believe those decisions were overruled as unconstitutional.
