10/11 Munchausen Mom

I have a four year old daughter, she is the love of my life, and when she turned two we started trying agian for another child. I had such a hard pregnancy, and labor with her, that they said I will need surgery to get pregnant agian. Weve looked into foster care/adoption since then, but the house we are renting right now, has stopped us from getting licensed, because it has lead paint around the windows on the outside of the house. And a little on the kitchen cabinet. (My daughter has been tested for lead, and its negative) but for some reason we still cant get licensed because of that. But there have been so many times I have read about something, or heard on the news, about moms killing thier babies, etc. I just think, why can these women have a lot of babies, and treat them so horribly, and then these women that would provide loving homes, cant get pregnant. It doesn't make sense.
