His children

Quote From: prisilla47

He murdered them and got away with it. He thinks he is above all else and cannot be punished. The man has a definite mental problem. I feel for his children. They also know he's a killer.

I always wondered what they heard....they were upstairs asleep. Or maybe not asleep..the murders happened after a very eventful day for them and apparently they weren't home very long, maybe a couple of hours, before the killings. I never heard if the police talked to them; I'm sure they did; but I never heard what they said they knew or didn't know. It was a small space; between two people being killed and a dog barking.....did they wake up?

Anyone know about that?

I wouldn't assume that OJ's children know their dad is guilty of anything.  I've taught young children for over 27 years and one thing I can tell you is that no matter how unconscionable the parents' behavior may be or how pathological the situation may be at home, most children WANT to believe that their parents are good and righteous in spite of signs that point otherwise.  I've had kids throughout the years who've had one or both parents in jail and these children want so desperately to believe in the fairytale family that they will often believe that the "system" that separated them from their parents is wrong and evil.  We as a society will be lucky if OJ's children grow up to face the truth and attempt to compensate by doing some good for humanity.  They have a tremendous cross to bear.  Time will tell.

 Hello everyone!!!

I just wanted to put my 2 cents worth in about weather O.J. is guilty or not. Espically to the to people on here who say that there was no blood on O.J. after the murders took place. I bought the book just yesterday and I am at the groosom chapter where he tells all about the murder now. (Thats how good the book is can't put it down at all. It is very spine chilling and VERY!!! GROOSOME!!!!).  It is Obvious that those who think that there was no blood on O.J. After the murders took place either didn't read the book, or just don't know exactly how the whole thing exactly happened. So  let me just tell you all a quote from O.J. himself straight from the book in  the chapter called chapter called: "The Night In Question" in this quote he says himself that he was covered in blood. Read this please. He says: "I again looked down at myself at my BLOOD - SOAKED CLOTHES, and noticed the knife in my hand. The KNIFE WAS COVERED IN BLOOD as were my hand and wrist and half of my right forearm" This is an exerpt and a quote right from the book: "If I Did it" right from O.J. himself. So now how can anyone say that he wasen't covered in blood. In the book he even goes on to say that he striped off right at the crime seene and left his clothes there. Anyway this isn't the main reason I wanted to post this the main reason for this is because I just wanted to say how hauntingly spine chillingly groosome and horrifying the book is. I only bought the book yesterday and i only have 2 chapters left and I am finished it. The book is like a Halloween story. VERY! spine-chillingly scary and I pray everyday for the families of Nicole and Ron everyday. GOD BE WITH THEM ALL!!! now and always!!! Take care and all the best to both families!!! WAY TO GO!!! Dr. Phill for doing a show for the family of Ron Goldman and permoting the book for them. You are to be very highly commended for your efforts!!!! I am VERY!!! glad that they were able to get the rights to the book and O.J. didn't get anything from it AWAY TO GO!!! also goes out to the Goldman family for their continued efforts to put O.J. behind bars for what he has done and I think that right now he is where he belongs... IN JAIL!!! To bad though it isn't for the murders that he commited though I feel so sorry for that. I hope that both families are able to squeeze every last penny out of him. He deserves NOTHING!!! except spending the rest of his life BEHIND BARS!!!!

Holly!!!

I absolutely agree with what this person said.  Think of how OJ's kids feel!  It is very unfortunate that something like this happened to Nicole and Ron, but I think the current hype is what OJ is feeding on.  It is a sad truth that this type of thing happens all the time without getting any  media coverage at all.   I can understand the pain of losing someone, even so brutally, but  obviously  the Goldman's  relentlessness on OJ Simpson is probably the reason there is a "hypothetical" confession book in the first place.  I think it is a way for OJ to get at the Goldmans AGAIN. If no one pays attention to OJs stupid actions, maybe we won't have to hear about this junk anymore!

There is something wrong with people that can't leave OJ alone and keep on prodding claiming he did it when in fact, we do not know if he did or who did, right folks???  This is just conjecture and someone's opinion.  Frankly, as an American I believe we have to support our legal system as best we can UNLESS we have concrete evidence to the contrary.  Further as a Christian, it is wrong to continue to blame OJ like the Goldmans are doing.  Why don't they get on with their life?  What difference does it make it doesn't change what happened.  How can someone like the Goldmans find peace when they have made claims against OJ all this time even if he is found guilty.  Look what they have done with their life, spent all this time in a hate compaign.  Do they honestly believe that when it is all over, one way or another they can be proud of what they did?  And what if OJ is innocent, then how are the Goldmans going to feel about what they have done with their life.  I think Dr. Phil was wrong in his advice and complimenting them to continue to persecute OJ.  He should have advised them to drop it and get on with their life.  After all, if OJ did do it - guess who is in complete misery all the time, OJ. you can be sure of that.  There is a reason why Christian ethic suggests that vengeance is the Lord's and unrighteous judgement is wicked.
