Shallow breathing has been linked to depression, anxiety, and panic. Cooper Institute just proved successfully that walking 45 minutes a day raises endorphin level which naturally elevated the mood in mildly depressed non-responsive to anti-depressants. Dr. Phil had an expert on this summer who said oxygenating the brain with physical exercise is vital in relieving anxiety.

YOU HAVE all of us to talk to  you are NOT alone.......Maybe going back to the doctor is a good place to start.  I must have tried EVERY anti depressant until this last one that I am now on....It wont just go away but I am NOT a DOCTOR and depression IS A REAL disease....

Hello there, 

So sorry that you are having to go thru depression on your own.  Are you seeing a dr or anyone?  I hope that you can get some help from us here, we love hearing from people.
