I'm confused by much of what you post, but the "black 99.8% his dna" statement is definitely wrong--if you are talking about O.J.'s children. They're not even 50% either white or black, necessarily--it depends on the rest of their DNA, from both their mother and O.J., grandparents and even great grandparents on both sides, and so on. A DNA admixture test determines such. Not that it matters in the scheme of things--they are human, Nicole's children, and surely or hopefully loved by all of their grandparents.
Perhaps you mean that they are "considered" black, since O.J. is. This is true.
