YES!!  I am 20 years old and it hasnt been that long since i have been out of highschool.  How long has it been for you?  I totally agree with what you said about it being the parents responsibility to educate their kids, but you know as well as i do that just because someone has a child doesnt make them a good parent.  In my opinion, schools should hand out condoms in highschool.  However they also should be more educated about the dangers of having sex and using condoms.  Kids are going to do what they want to do..no matter what their parents have taught them.  What they have been taught will influence their decisions, but it will not control them.  Do you have a daughter?  If so, do you HONESTLY know that she is not having sex?  Personally, when i have kids, if i am lucky enough to have a daughter and she does decide to have sex, i would much rather her use a condom and be educated than to be embarrassed to get a condom and get pregnant. 

If you are going to argue against giving out condems, at least provide some relevant and logical arguments. Schools making condemns available will equal schools giving out drugs? ? That argument has no place in any logical discussion. 

  

And a sidenote - what about the kids who have unattentive parents? Parents who really could care less? Schools don't promote sex, in fact, they teach abstinance as well.
