     I really believe that some young bucks like to play up thier hormones.  Although other teachers who look like barby dools have done it.  Something inside of me tells me she is not quilty.  Hopefully she can sue the guts outs ot those bastards.

       Make no mistake, if she is quilty, I want he to get the works.

I wish I could reach out and hug her.........because i have been going through the same thing for the past 4 1/2 years. My husband was arrested for a crime he didn't commit and now 4 1/2 years and thousands of dollars later we are still fighting this. It's unreal the hell that you go through when you are dealing with this. It isn't innocent until proven gulity, it's the other way around. You loose friends, jobs ect for something you didn't do. I'm 27 and my husband is 30 and if it wasn't for my amazing parents who have put a roof over our heads we would be on the streets. My mental and physical health is so bad that I have a hard time leaving my house....the finacial/marital/health ect problems this has caused is just undescribable.

Dr Phil, the reason she's not furious when she hears these accusations is because you get tired of getting mad, you get tired of saying over and over how dumb and rediculas this is, it's exhausting. You just want it to go away...it's like a bad movie you can't turn off but you wish to hell you could.

i wish so many things right now but I also wish Joelle the best and I hope she finds some peace in her life.

To all others, don't be so judgemental, this could happen to you.

Big sex jock, has sex with teacher, SURE.............what a liar, men and boys always lie about sex with women. I am sick of men even paying attention to locker room BS bragging. It happened to me in Highschool.

It never ceases to amaze me that learned people set themselves up to be chastized by their students.  It's quite obvious to me that  Mrs. Ogletree is innocent in this so called sex scandle.  The only thing she is guilty of is being to friendly with her students.  After watching both shows in this regard I was totally angry and the three students that caused this problem need to be delt with severly. They should be Expelled from the school and then the students and their parents should be sued.   No matter what  =  Mrs. Ogletree's life is ruined and she will not be able to teach anywhere because of this episode and that is so sad.  I have to give Mrs. Ogletree and her husband credit  =  they handled themselves admirably during both shows.  Personally I would have lost it and slapped the crap out of Matt.  To bad he wasn't paddled in front of the whole audience on the show, now that would have been a good form of justice!   He's a lying little punk and will go through life just as he is.  God Bless America.

 I'm not completely convinced of this teacher's innocence.  I don't know for sure of course, but I'm not convinced.  Those notes seem very suspicious, and one of them she interpreted in a way that sounded like it didn't make a lot of sense.  What was she doing writing notes to boys in code anyway?  And why would they go so far in their accusations?  It's not like she was a mean hateful person deserving of such "lies". 

How dare you make this young man, the victim, submit to this lie detector test.  Why not have her take a lie detector?  I would think of all people, you would know better than to put the victim in this situation.  Why was this teacher not made to take a lie detector test?  She married her high school teacher?  How ironic is that???   She has some serious issues.  If there was nothing sexual, fine, but there was definately inappropriate behavior on her part.  He was a student!  She should not have any contact with these children outside of school anyways.  Shame on her. 

Today I watched your show about Joelle, high school french teacher, accused of having inappropriate sexual contact with several male students.  Before the results of the polygraph were even given I knew the young man was lying and that Joelle was telling the truth.

 

What really struck me about the show was that Dr. Phil insinuated that Joelle might be guilty because she wanted to talk about details of the young man's story and how they were  not true.    She was mentioning how his story could not be right because her car at the time had headlights that could not be manually turned off and he claimed she had turned off the headlights.  I know exactly how she felt!  How could Dr. Phil not understand this?  How could he think that because of this she was making herself look guilty?

 

She was going to get to the bigger issues,  She just wanted to be very through and make sure everyone knew ALL of his lies and thus proving that he is a liar.  I do the same thing when I am falsely accused of something.  I don't just deny it with no explanation.  I deny it and proceed to give all my reasons why this story must be false including pointing out all the lies that my accuser is coming up with in his story.

 

Joelle was soft spoken and controlled considering what she was being accused of.  This just shows that she has class. From reading others comments I see that some people believe she was guilty because she was not screaming at the top of her lungs that she was innocent.  That's just not so,  she just has class and knows that yelling won't fix things.
