What do you do when the father pays child support and the mother is mad at the father and keeps the child from him? What do you do when the mother files false claim of child abuse, sexual abuse and then blames the stepbrother for molesting his stepbrother also? What do you do when the mother has been told repeatedly by the family law judge that this cannot continue but it does and the mother postpones every courtdate?

Well, this happened to us. Now, we are fighting back and fighting back mad. We are now suing for sole custody of the child. The child has been told to lie on the father and his stepbrother. I really cannot say any more about this until court date comes around. I will be posting another bulletin to let everyone know how it went.

Another thing I want to talk about is an organization that is in West Virginia. It is called MEN AND WOMEN AGAINST DISCRIMINATION. We are trying to pass 4 bills into legislation. It is paternity fraud, 50/50 shared parenting, false claims of abuse, another one about intentionally witholding the child from the other parent. A parent knows if they file these false claims that they will get temporary custody of the child, mostly women. The child will be "molded into what to say". (This happened to us)

I would love to see Dr. Phil have this group on his show. Not only does this fraud affect the father and the child, if affects the grandparents that think of that child as their grandchild, the aunts, uncles and cousins who think they are related to this child also. It affects the grandparents who didnt know they had a grandchild and all those missed years. All of this is due to the mother keeping the truth and keeps on telling the lies to cover it all up.
