It appears that, while you seem to care a lot for children, you are forgetting that the MOTHER lied from the beginning and continued this lie for nine (9) years! Her actions caused the family to be in this state of flux today - not Enrique's! Had the mother had any since of truth, justice or fair play, perhaps this family would not be in this mess!
And, yes, she should be made to name the biological father as opposed to trying to make Enrique pay! While I DO NOT condone the manner in which Enrique acted towards the child in telling her about the situation, I can personally understand the anger and hurt that comes along with not knowing your child's true heritage. Can you?
Again, the mother is fully to blame and should do all she can to make ammends with the kids and Enrique...
