Back when he was 20 years old a girl took him to county court and swore he was the father and the first test came back NEGATIVE, THEY DID ANOTHER TEST AND IT CAME BACK POSITIVE?? There was another suspect as he had confronted my husband stating " he was the father " when they had been incarcerated together. It turns out he committed suicide but the court said he was deceased so there was nothing they could do there.
BEFORE THEY DID THE SECOND TEST THEY KNEW ABOUT THE OTHER ALLEGED FATHER BUT ONCE THEY FOUND OUT HE WAS DECEASED THEY ASKED FOR ANOTHER TEST WHICH CAME BACK POSITIVE. I need some help understanding all of this........... He states there is nothing we can do due to the statue of limitations WHICH is 2 years. Obviously at this time he was in no shape to conquer the law as the law was conquering him and his addiction. This man has show wonderful growth and life in the last 6 years. It hasn't been easy. We have a 2 year old ourselves and only want to live our life. This has effected our income at times. I just wonder if this kid even knows about him??? hmmm
Is there a way to fight this? I wish DR. Phil could help me. Besides this he is a miracle. One of those 3% that make it out of the depths of this disease which in controlling our world. He is a true inspiration to many and hope one day he will find great success in his life as he sure deserves it.
Please advise Dr.Phil - I have no idea if your reading this but a celebrity such as yourself could help us. I red your story and it saddens me even more that a person could be dealing with harder issues than my husband and I. I can say this much that as his wife it will eat you to no end the amount of laid back attitude our husbands can have. My husband works nights so he was already gone when show started. I must say this to you reverse what you do. Stop thinking of what you cant do and think of what information you can obtain being he is listed as the childs father. I have birth records which since he is listed as father was easy to get from hospital she was born at. I faxed over birth certificate and my husband id. I found something on that paperwork that floored me even more than other things I have found out. She wrote out a totally different lastname and clearly without crossing that out wrote the name of the child currently. I was shocked. So in your case does this other man have family. Do you know where he was from. I am not sure legally what can be done but maybe this man had a mom or dad that would like to know their grandchild. If that is the case the can assist with getting him back to court. I do know the Maury show does dna for 5 and under and 18 and up. I would waste time contacting them. I have seen a few show like Judge Hatchett and others but if your husband is like mine he aint going on a talk show. The sad part is the wifes look bad because their lack of effort makes us look like we are pressing this issue. I needs to be his fight and I do feel you whole heartedly. Dont give up. We are detectives by nature remember that. |
