I know that here in Washington state the teachers either get laid off, lose their jobs , probabation or if they will not stay away from the student they get 1-7 years in jail. See the case of MaryLee Laternea and I knwo this one for sure. She and Vili are married now and have both their children back and had another.
usually this is NOT a hard time in prison or long time in prison action. IF anyone is lucky they get slapped on the hand , lic removed in that state and move on.
2. Sexual predators need to be put into prison for a LONG time, if that is what you are referencing to. Your rantings are a bit miss-palced and so I do not know what you are ranting about.
3. 5-6 grade students are not adults and teachers who have sex with children are considered predators.
4. It is not a good idea to have sexual relations with a teacher in any setting , in college out of the college setting, because of favoritism for one.
5. under the age of 18 years the teacher SHOULD know better, if not , then the teacher is not responsible enough to teach school and should be released from their position of trust. TEACHING IS ABOUT TRUST , not sex in grades K-12.
6. I want my kids to pass the SAT's and WASL tests with flying color's and not have to worry about bringing a condom to school for the teacher*
