Bush took office - I love how people find ways to blame whoever the current president is for laws and other things he never had his hand on. This is an issue that requires ALL AMERICANS to decide that enough is enough and demand that our LAW MAKERS (ie, the House and Senate - remember, the president only approves or vetoes laws, he doesn't create them or support them through Congress!) do something about the situation and make it better. Don't create another witchhunt situation by blaming the President for something that has been evident for far longer than he has been in office.
