11/02 Teacher Sex Scandal, Pt. 2

Quote From: will6012

Please. They were 15 year old children. Is a 15 year old girl who is said to be more mature horny, when she accuses a male teacher of rape? We are talking about rape. A child can not consent
Sorry, but these boys weren't raped.  I know that 15 is still considered a child, but come on...they were 15 and 16, not 7.  The issue isn't the fact that  it is a female teacher with male students accusing her, instead of a male teacher with female students accusing him.  The issue is that the accuser is lying, weather male or female.  It would be just as wrong if a female was lying about her male teacher engaging in sexual acts with her.- True, it  would be taken more seriously, no doubt,  but thats the unfortunate way our society works.  It doesn't mean it's right.  Besides, my enrty had nothing to do with the fact that because they are male accusers, they shouldn't be taken seriously. Thats not where I was going with that at all and I think that was clear. Male or female- if you are lying about such serious accusations, you are wrong.

So sorry, but these are 15 year old boys/men, who repeatly have been found to be lying....and yes, a 15 year old girl, should be held to the same standard.   Why should the adults have no rights to fight a lie.
