In this day and age you must be precise in how we lable each other.  So he made a slur.  So are we politicly correct or not.  We are all brought up in different eras and each slang is a product of the times.  I am so tired of being corrected on my language as it be right or wrong according to political correct.  We have done all of society some wrong by labeling but like the old saying goes we can not please all of the people all of the time but we can please some of the people part of the time,  I think as individuals we all need to grow up and realize that if someone makes a comment that is not to our liking realize that it was not directed at you personnaly.  We are suppose to be teaching our children to be tolerent of others differences.  How can we teach that when every time we utter a word it is analyised and picked apart.

You may be any nationality but we are all AMERICANS.

                                             Thank God for our freedoms

I am a 70 year old NANA   I am so sick of having to worry about everything you say might offend someone..Remember sticks and stones!!!  What about my freedom of speech I am not a minority or a BIGOT or Racist what is politically correct today.  I love your show BUT>>> come on..I,ve NEVER written anything like this before  BUT Give me a break this was a private conversation with his very troubled son..

Lets all remember this a  AMERICA land that we all love because we can be FREE to say what we  want so get over IT>

I am so tired of the " N" word being labled bad when  non blacks use it.  I personally do not like the word but for GODS sake, the  word is thrown around daily on tv, in the media and in music by BLACK AMERICANS.. not afro americans by the way. I am so tired of the main stream media allowing AL SHARPTON to prance around with his own agenda's and using  " his people" like  he likes to say to get any kind of reconision he can.

AL SHARPTON is a complete racist and the JENA 6 crap is a joke. The  media helped AL SHARPTON and his cronies twist and turn the Jenba 6 incident into  something it was not. I know the real story of the Jena 6 and so does the media but it certainly would not be sexy enough to put on tv if the truth were to be told. I understand the concept of ratings but good grief lying to the public or not telling the entire truth and or story is wrong. I wish DR. PHIL would  have a 2 hour special of some sort and ALLOW the truth to be told on national television about THE JENA 6, DOG and REVERSE RACISM, because YES it does exsist.

I personally would love to chat with AL SHARPTON myself about a few issues at hand  for more than 2 minutes. The media gave Dog's son exactly what she wanted.. her 2 minutes of fame. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.. how about giving me my 2 minutes.

There is a very big different between a label that may not be considered politically correct anymore, and a hateful derogatory slur that has a history as painful as the "n" word does.  Calling someone that and being corrected has nothing to do with being politically incorrect, it has to do with how hurtful and hateful that word is.  It can't be compared to say calling someone black and be told that you should have said African American.  To suggest that teaching our children that using the "n" word is to teach them to be tolerant of people's differences is absurd and ignorant, and really very disturbing.  We should not be perpetuating this type of hate by teaching it to the next generation.

Why can't they [al sharpton ] just let the viewers decide whether or not he should be taken off the air?If the ratings are there which i think they will be ,that's the real test.I'm afraid if we allow sharpton to be the censor of america, which is what seems to be the case nowadays we won't ever hear anything but the nonsense crap he puts out there. How come Master p is allowed time to grow but the dog isn't.theres a little racism in everybody, drawing these kind of lines in the sand is not going to make race relations better in america. What ever happened to "sticks and stones may break my bones...."  GROW UP PEOPLE!!theres real problems in the world, and we're wasting a lot of energy on childish things like this.
