Quote From: will6012Dr. Phil is very smart. He emphatically pointed the credentials of his tester. The boys both passed a poly test, and believed that they would pass another. Her attorney never offered any proof or evidence in court or to Dr. Phil of any test. The boys did not need to, they took the second test. She came on Dr. Phil's show to try a case in the Court of Public Appeal and refusing to take a poly test, which if she passed would bolster her claim ad likely get the school district o settle, if clear circumstantial evidence of guilt.
Every one please remember she is The Caretaker of Children and the little boys were children.
As a male I can not say "But Judge yes she was 14 but look at her she's going on 30."
If I were the School District, I would pursue finding out the circumstance around her marriage to her teacher, which she defended by saying that it does not make her pedophile. And I ask, does she mean like her husband was. Abuse is transferable. Teachers and priests have access to our children.
In the last ten years, I believe that God has being try to tell us something. Wake up, Our children are at risk and these children grow up to be damaged Adults. I have a 16 year old nephew, with no sexual experience and trust me he would be damaged and I don't care how good looking the teacher. One of the boys was not sexually active, prior to allegedly being raped by the teacher.
Pray for the children, because there are Priests and Teachers lurking. Any good Priest or Teacher, would want to weed these snakes out.
I am really tired of hearing how Joelle took a poly test, so why should she take another one. She passed the first one, true enough, but the boys passed their first one too. At least they had the guts to take another one. She would probably fail her second one too after 5 years. But I guess we will never know, will we Joelle? J T T T A
