I totally know what you mean it took me a year before I was even stable but I’ve haven’t had a problem in almost 3 years. (I’m probably due lol :O) good luck J

about the illness by going to Nami.org or WebMD. You can also just google bipolar disorder. There are also many books out there that will help you to understand what is happening. A Brilliant Madness by Patty Duke is a good start, but there are others. Let us know if you want to know the names of more. The more you know about bipolar disorder the more you can understand about yourself and about how to manage the illness. And, of course, you can always ask us questions.
