I work for the Child and Youth Services in Canada and a mother who is unable to protect her children from a MONSTER like WADE, do not have her children.....The state would protect him...where is child protective services....this story broke last year..i just seen it this week..and the horrific confessions today....come on Dr. Phil..I HOPE YOU HELPED THE CHILDREN.
