I did talk to a few other people and they are of the same opinion. I could not bring myself to cut her out of my life completely, as I really do value her friendship. I did tell her to meet with me for lunch and did indicated to her that I was extremely disappointed with her behaviour. She admitted that she was wrong and she promised to be in touch more often, but I don't know how good she is at keeping her promise. The thing is that she lives and works literally a stone throw from where I live and work and that is the hard part. Anyways let's see how good is her promise. Thanks again.
