Replies to '06/24 Banned from the Wedding, Part 2'

 I too am a daughter-in-law (almost) dealing with somewhat the same situation. The problem is, we have a chid involved. I am not like this girl though. I did not call names, send hate mail. I tried to fix things all the time, and yet the disrespect continued and now only on stopping contact do we get a fake apology... Where do you draw the line? I wanted love, respect, family and I gave it but did not recieve it in return. I still try to make everyone happy now, but the disrespect towards me is unending. The girl has done things wrong but at least admitted, where the mil refuses to take that same step. Family or no, no one has the right to disrespect and name-call, how juvenille...
