A woman's breast will always be viewed by some as a sexual part of the body. Just because you have a baby hanging from it, doesn't change the views. And if you don't want to go somewhere because you do not want to drag other kids with you if they happen to be with you. Then schedule your outings around the baby's' feeding time. I know i certainly would as a matter of respect for others.
