But those here with wifes and children who are citizens, no criminal record,and paying & filing taxes should have the right to stay over those here with no family ,with DUI , criminal records,not filing taxes,just looking to make a quick buck and go back to Mexico. If we send back all illegals their yearly tax money goes with them. We will have to pay higher taxes to make up for all that extra tax money. Every Illegal i know has taxes took out of each check but most dont file taxes so thats alot of extra money. I think we should be more concerned about China right now targeting our children with lead! They are going to WIPE US OUT and we are to worried about illegal immigrants to stop them. We need to stop the racism and hating that we are teaching our young generation or.... Jena 6 and nooses ..... need i say more . God help us! WE ARE ALL GODS CHILDREN !!!!!!! My best friend's husband was deported a week before his papers were to be approved. He was in his car outside of a club listening to music while he waited for someone to pick him up because he had been drinking. Well a cop comes up to him and arrest him for a DUI when he was not even driving. My friend was going to divorce him anyway but he still has a child here that needs her father. It is racism. The government has waited too long to try to take care of the problem and now there are too many here so the government is trying to get rid of them all without even treating them like human beings.
About the lead thing. Most of the companies that were using lead paint were owned by Americans who are too cheap to use better paint. Another thing is that the lead in the paint is over the limit that is allowed but ist still pretty harmless unless you consume large amounts of it.
i think the border patrol is getting stricter mainly because there are Muslim extremist sneaking in through Mexico. I think we should be more concerned with screening Arabs and getting rid of the illegal Arabs and other illegals. We should not just get rid of the Mexicans. |

The reason your husband can not get papers is because he came into this country illegally or he is an EWI (entered with inspection). Plain and simple.
The only way he is ever going to be legal is if he leaves the country and applies in Mexico or they do another amnesty, which is doubtful because last time we were looking at only about 4 million illegals and now it is close to 10-15. He didnt entered the country that is why he is being denied. If I was him I would actually leave because if he has been here long enough he will have a bar against him forever.
I am sure your husband is a nice person, that doesnt mean he has the right to be in this country. There are ways to get here legally but no one wants to go the long way. They want to sneak in and go to the front of the line.
It is also rather odd that you mention the money that people from Mexico make actually stay in the US. How do you think Mexico survives, by money being made in the US going over there.
All of the illegals that you know are you sure that their SS# is valid? I can not tell you how many cards I have seen that are actually from other people. Are you aware that most illegals steal others SS# and screw the person that actually had it? I find it funny that you actually believe that illegals pay taxes, most dont for your information.
Why dont you look at the prisons in California about 75-80% are filled with illegals, which we are paying for. The city of Portland, Oregon sent a bill to Mexico for a few million dollars because that was the amount it cost the city to have illegals there, hospitals, schools etc. Why dont you think what the impact of having 20 million people that we dont know anything about. We have enough problems here that we dont need to start importing them.
You are correct we are all God's Children. Why would one of God's children feel that they have the right to sneak into another country and live there without going through all of the proper channels.
Immigration is wonderful but too bad people are so selfish that they dont do it legally. |

I too am married to an illegal immigrant. He is from Mexico, he came here for a better life. He is one of 10 children. His parents work hard and do their best to provide for their family. Conditions in Mexico aren't good, their government is corrupt. My husband came here out of survival. He is a hard worker, has never been in trouble with the law, and an asset to my life. He has taxes taken out of his paycheck, for the past 6 years he has, he does not file taxes, so where has his tax money gone? the same place every other illegal immigrants has, to Americans. America is a land of immigrants whether they came her legally or illegally. My husband and I have filed for a visa, it is a long expensive process. many people do not understand that. If he could be legal he would be. I wish people would be more open minded and realize that we are all God's children and we all deserve the same opportunities in life. |
