Apples and oranges. You're smoking is harmful to mom and babies health. Her nursing isn't hurting you in the least. If you are careless enough that you don't care about damaging others lungs, then I'd by all means pick up my baby (and food if I had to) and leave.
As mom to a daughter who is highly allergic to cigarette smoke, I've had to not even go to restaurants thanks to people like you. Hows that for fair?
