Please hang in there and know that you are not alone.  Infertility can be such an isolating experience from friends and family.  After five years of trying with medical assistance, including in vitro, and two miscarriages, I finally became pregnant with my daughter.  She is now ten years old.  She is our only child as our last set of embryos did not survive the thawing process.  It is such a roller coaster to go through all of this and no one understands better than those who have or are going through this.  Please look into a support group such as Resolve.  We have even considered adoption since the birth of our daughter, but we have never taken those steps.  Adopting can be a frustrating experience as well.  Whatever you decide or whatever your outcome, keep your faith and talk with people about your feelings.  You probably have so much love to give a child.  I know it seems unfair that it is so easy...too easy...for many to have children when you are experiencing such difficulty.  I wish you the best in becoming a mother whether through pregnancy or adoption.  No matter how you bring a child into your family, you will still be just that...a family.
