Sorry someone is not going to get deported for a DUI. Why do you ask because it is NOT a deportable offense. How do I know this, how do you think I know this because I have dealt with this before. I have seen people that have numerous DUIs and they will not be deported. They may have some issues with becoming a citizen, but that is not what you are talking about.
Really the police stole their ID and they were deported? If that is the case those people are going to have a hell of a law suit against the US government.
I believe that the illegals should be deported. What I do not believe in is how they are being treated by the police and government. They are having their children taken away from them and put in state custody. They are not allowed to talk to anyone while they are in jail waiting to be deported. They do not get their one phone call. It has been heard that some of them get beat in the jail.
So you know first hand and have actually seen this? Because when I see people come in and they are not a criminal they will be given an NTA (Notice to Appear) and they are told they have to appear in court in such and such a day. That is pretty much the last time we will see them.
Also, yes they have ever right to talk to lawyers etc. I am really not sure where you are getting your information from but it is truly incorrect.
About the terrorist that sneak into this country, yes some of them have sneaked in through Mexico. I do not believe that what I had said was a racist statement. We are in a war against terror aren't we? I am in no way saying that all Arabs are bad. I know that there are good peaceful ones but I also know that there are bad ones who wish to kill and destroy. How are we to tell the difference?
Did you know that one of the people that was in 9/11 went across the Mexico border illegally and obtain false documents?
At least you are aware that we are in a war against terror. Yet it is very confusing when you know this yet you have no problem with close to 20 million people being in the US illegally. Yes it happened to my best friend's husband. She told me everything that happened in detail. He was in his truck outside of a club listening to music waiting for his ride to pick him up because he had been drinking and did not want to drive. A police officer came up to him saw that he had been drinking and charged him with a DUI. He had to appear in court but nothing could be done to help him even the fact that his wife and daughter were US citizens. He was sent back to Mexico and we thought he would be able to come back in a year to refile for citizenship but now his lawer is saying that he needs counseling and something else can't quite remember to be able to come back. His record was clean the only thing he had was that one DUI. You need to get your facts strait because this happened. There was nothing else on his record.
Me and my friend that have heard of others that have bene treated much worse. Every illegal they catch is deported wether or not they have a record. Yes the police in Tulsa are stealing id's to arrest hispanics. One friend of mine was a legal citizen and she was deported because the police stole her id and she had no proof of that she was who she said she was.

I have said more than once that I believe that all the illegals should be deported. They have no right being here if they are illegal. I do however beleive that they should be treated like human beings and not animals.
