I had my whole family live with me in a two-bedroom mobile home.  My sons are 26 and 30.  Both have wives and two kids  a piece.  The oldest finally moved out and is doing well.  The youngest and his wife I had to tell them to move because they were thinking it was their place and that I was the roommate.  They also were disrepectful.  I was not allowed to eat with them or their food even though I paid the bills.  When I told them it was time for them to get out on their own, my punishment was that I couldn't see the grandkids.  I have not seen them for a whole year now.  I just wonder what kids  nowadays think when they live off their parents. 

I  think more to the point is ,, what is the matter with you. Kick there asses out,do exactly what the doc said,, 30 days and your out. If they dint listen involve the police to give them their notice. Stop letting them do this.

Is the house your's or your brother's.  Either way, you both need to do what others have said here....give them 30 days (tops) and mean it.  Guilt should not be part of your emotions here......you are doing them no favors at all by allowing them to use you & your generosity.  If they can't support their children, tell them you will contact the Family Services Dept of your community.   But you DO NOT have any obligations  to take care of those free-loaders.  Face it....you are being used and I'll bet your nephew & his girlfriend think that you & your brother are too stupid to make them get out.  

i know he is your brother but you have lemated funds so dont be shy tell them ether get off ther lasy back side and help you out or get out my mom is 74 and she told me yrs ago to do the same thing im 49 now but you hafto be ferm its your house thay may get mad but thay can get glade in the same pants thay got mad in i hope you get it stratend out ill i can say is dont back down ........you have a grate day
