Of course the child will need therapy - after living in that household!   Should parents allow kids to call them names?  Of course not, but neither should a parent talk to a teenager like she does - screaming like a banshee, telling him he's worthless - its obscene!

This young man does NOT need boot camp, he needs to be in a stable, loving, household. 

I think that they will find some definite chemical/hormonal imbalances that, when remedied will go a long way toward solving some of these issues  - but therapy, both individually and as a family is probably in order as well.
