i use to get panic attacks every time i had to drive some were I had never been.  Now I can do it with much more ease. My son use to not be willing to try anything new in fear of not doing it perfect, now he ries new things alot more and has fun doing it..My other son it totally helps for his depression.  I have found it also helps with my add. I 'm not sure if I'm more focused because the anxiety is not so bad or if it works on my concentration also, just some more food for thought...
