it was my understanding that the pictures were taken in a private residence as well, and that the teens that were invited into that home were under the care and protection of the home owners, since the teens involved were obviously minors...that would mean that the persons responsabil would be the parents.

So like the other case that was addressed if this was my child and this happened while she was in the care of other adults I most definatly would be brining those parents to account for negligence.

Yes the teens that commited this demoralizing and shaming act should be held accountable and punished for the deed as well, but the parents need to be held accountable too, they were in a position of trust and authority and failed miserably.

Why is the picture not available? I do not know, what I do know is that there is a lesson to be learned here, and hopefully young teens that are contemplating pulling similar stunts take a minute to think about the consequences. However, like one poster had already stated the consequences were nil and void, that is a real shame.

Unlike the other individuals who are being sued, a hefty price to pay for uttering death threats, and in such a public way.. geez, again a lesson to be learned and a pricy one at that.

However, with all the teen violence that is being perpetrated today, i can not say that I am against the price that is being paid. I just wish that it was all encompassing and not a pick and choose situation..

Did this young lady that the threats were made against feel real fear even terror? I bet she did, and that is just wrong to instill fear into individuals to make them comply with your wants, needs, or desires, it is just wrong.

I suppose the bottom line is untill a child is of an age were they are soley responsible for themselves, parents have to realize that what their children do while under their care and guidance is their responsabilty too, hard lesson for these girls.

Dr.Phil I am glad that you came and spoke about what the media has been stating as fact, misrepresented, misconstrued or what have you, it still is good that you clarified to us fans the shmozzle that happened in regards to britney. And yes you are still the Dr. lol never heard of a phd being taken away from some one who legitimatley earned it, and they can not take away the years of experience that you have gained, glad to see you taking this in stride eventhough it probably caused you pause and moments of uncomfort and maybe even thought to your self What the hell were they thinking lol, in any event still a big fan of yours keep up the good work.
