I haven't seen too many college grads dressing like this!
Young kids apparently need to learn that what they wear, what they say and how they behave CAN and WILL impact them when they go to get a job, try for a promotion, want to date a classy female/male, etc.
We cannot legislate everything. The schools and businesses ALREADY have rules on the books to keep kids dressing appropriately for the particular setting.
