Yes, a woman who really had AIDS would, I was thinking of it as a lie, a tactic to use to say you had AIDS even if you didn't to try to convince him to use a condom, so as to protect yourself somewhat. It might not work. But it is worth a shot. And it might be worth it. Most women who are raped don't successfully prosecute unless there are scratches on him and bruises on her. I was thinking of it as an STD and pregnancy protecter, especially in date rape situations or acquaintance rape where successful prosecution is less likely as well.
Asking a rapist to use a condom may be viewed by some as "agreeing to sex" but I would rather be viewed as agreeing to it than get AIDS or other STDs or have to bear a rapist's child, which I would probably go through with if I were raped because I don't believe in making babies pay for the mistakes of others by killing them.
