About Inmigrants

Quote From: baeiouy

Yes these are reason for deportation but just because you have done something, such has false claim to USC, doesnt mean that you will be deported.

I had someone that was illegally in the US, voted in all election, shocking, was granted USC status because he was not a convicted felon.

Just because these are reasons doesnt mean that they are actually enforced.

Once again go to the local immigration office and ask.  If you truly believe what you are saying.

Also, what you highlighted doesnt mean illegal entry.  That deals with people that get into the US with doctored visas, very common with certain countries.  One just has to pay and they will change names.  Failed to register means if you are from certain countries, mostly Middle East countries,  you have to register that you are in the US.

Do you know how many cases are marriage fraud, about 70%.  Do you really see all those people getting deported, heck they dont even penalize them in any way.

In Oklahoma and other places where there is a high concentration of illegal hispanics the governent is doing everything possible to deport as many illegals as possible. This is true. People in those places that are illegal are getting deported without having comitted a felony. This is happening. What I said about my best friend's husband is true he got deported just because of the DUI and he was not legal at the time, even though he was so close to gertting citizenship.

About the marriage frauds, it is not happening as much anymore. After 9,11 immigration has gotten stricter. It was really hard for my friend to get her husband legal and they have been married for 4 years.
