About Inmigrants

Quote From: moodymitzy

In Oklahoma and other places where there is a high concentration of illegal hispanics the governent is doing everything possible to deport as many illegals as possible. This is true. People in those places that are illegal are getting deported without having comitted a felony. This is happening. What I said about my best friend's husband is true he got deported just because of the DUI and he was not legal at the time, even though he was so close to gertting citizenship.

About the marriage frauds, it is not happening as much anymore. After 9,11 immigration has gotten stricter. It was really hard for my friend to get her husband legal and they have been married for 4 years.

As your friend if he already had an NTA out on him, which was is a Notice to Appear or if he was ever picked up before.  I bet you anything that he did.

If this is truly happening, which I highly doubt because I know about the plane schedules back down to Mexico, why is this a problem?  Breaking the law, check, shouldnt be in this country, check, actually costing tax payers tons of money, check.  Deport all illegals.

Sorry you are incorrect about that, marriage fraud is at an all time high.  As for you friend she will never be able to get her husband status because he is here illegal and he missed the last time, which was April 2001, when illegals could apply for LPR status and pay a penalty of 1000 dollars.  This is as long as an I-130 was filed before April 30, 2001, such as through marriage, siblings, etc.

What you are going by is what you have heard from your friends, while you are talking about someone that is actually IN THE AGENCY.  Let's see who would know more about immigration policy, your friend or someone that deals with in on a regular bases.
